YUSAY EMPLOYEES’ CREDIT COOPERATIVE (YECCO)

The contributed ideas of YCFC employees as well as the vibrant support of Ms. Rebecca Rodelas, General Manager of YCFC created YECCO. The objective of YECCO is to promote thrift among its members and to create fund in order to grant loans for productive and provident purposes.

Based from my experience as one of the Board of Directors of this profitable cooperative, the first quarter of 2017 compared with prior years was full of challenges with great accomplishment. These challenges include the growing number of members and the withdrawal of members due to resignation.

The members of the Board of Directors considered the first quarter of 2017 as a great accomplishment. Our COOP has embarked in new loan windows, such as the motorcycle and business loans which aim to help the employee to be more productive and to establish a sustainable growth by providing financial support. Furthermore, in cases of death, YECCO will give additional financial aid for the demise of the members and its immediate family.

Since the birth of YECCO last August 2012, a YECCO member was able to avail the different loan windows, including salary loan, fixed benefits, emergency loans and savings deposit. Therefore as we celebrate on our 5th year, let us therefore work as a Team. God Bless YECCO!
